Bruce and I just wanted to thank you and tell you how much we enjoyed our experience of buying our Mercedes at your dealership. Niel Sobel was out Sales representative, and he could not have been more professional and kind to both of us during the process. He went out of his way to help us find the Mercedes we wanted and make my dream of owning a Mercedes come true. It is people like Neil, which will keep me coming back back to Mercedes from now on to buy all of my cars. Also, Don Gentry was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and determining which other options to add on to our purchase.

| Buying 3rd Mercedes Benz from Long tells --- certainly customer for life!!! | |

| Dear Mr. Thomas,
Several Weeks ago, my wife and I purchased our third Mercedes, a 2006 ML 350. We previously had purchased our second Mercedes, a 2003 ML 320, in February 2004 from Long of Chattanooga. We also own a 1990 190 Mercedes sedan.
We wanted you to know how thoroughly satisfied we were with all of the personnel at Long. Neil Sobel, our salesman, was specially knowledgeable, professional, and attentive, in helping us to make our decision as to which vehicle to buy. Don Gentry spent hours with us trying to help with the financing. He has the patience of job. We finally settled on your new program, the one-day lease, which was satisfactory to all of us.
